Best? Probably not. But certainly the cheapest that I have found so far on my travels. Two euros ninety five cents for this...
That my friend, is a good deal.
So it's a nice fry-up. Extra bacon to compensate for the absent sausage. Cup of instant coffee (or a tea) included in the price. Service was good, and the place itself has a suitably cosy and granny-ish feel about it.
It's right on the main square in Bugibba so pretty easy to find. I don't know if you can find a cheaper full English breakfast on the island, and if you do, I doubt it will be of better quality than this one.

Does look decent for the price, great find! I think I had dinner here once and one of us got sick... but he had also had about 12 pints so we can't point fingers at Grannies just yet!
